You will receive an email/text message after you have placed an order and the items are ready for dispatch (this is usually within 24/48hrs) to offer you a delivery on the day of your choice.

We require all customers to leave an up to date mobile or home contact number and an email address to take advantage of this service.

We manufacture each item on confirmed order. On some very rare occasions, delivery can take up to 21 working days for items which are out of stock.

We manufacture each item on order. This should not have any impact on the delivery schedule. If you require an item urgently or require the item to be delivered on a specific date, please call our sales staff who will be able to arrange this.

We use specialist furniture carriers for all our deliveries, this ensures that you will receive your goods in perfect condition. For peace of mind, your item will be delivered fully insured and would be exchanged Free of charge in any rare case of damage.

You would also receive an email and text message from the delivery team just prior to delivery on the day itself to give you notice of arrival.

On very rare occasions deliveries can be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances for which we are unable to compensate customers for cancelled appointments.

Goods are only sent with a standard courier if your area is not covered by our furniture delivery team, please ask if, in doubt, our courier service delivery timescale is again a quick 2-4 days.

Please note, we do not take away your old mattresses or bed nor do we provide an assembly service.

Delivery for our Divan beds and certain mattresses can take between 7 to 14 Working days.

Delivery is Free and Fast to most parts of the UK however for some items delivery can be longer – please see the Delivery tab on the product page. Also, some products are from different suppliers and will arrive with different delivery services.

Please be wary of a call and email from our couriers. Any calls or emails with no reply will only delay the delivery of your goods, therefore, provide us with up-to-date contact information.

Our private courier will contact you prior to delivery to book you in for available slots, please do not take time off work until you receive contact from our couriers. Contact is often by call or text message. Upon receiving the message customer will be advised of the delivery date and most deliveries are all-day appointments. Please do not email us until you have waited for 7 to 14 working days from your order date.

Deliveries to the following postcodes PA, KA, DG, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, TD, TR, KW, BT, can take 7 – 14 days for delivery. These areas may also incur a Delivery charge, click the link below for more information.

Goods cannot be returned as each item is manufactured to customers’ specifications. This is classed as a custom order and as such no returns are accepted.

Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take items any further. Any courier that may deliver items further than the communal door can only do so as a gesture of goodwill at the discretion of the buyer, please note that the company would not be held liable for any risk to the items past the communal door.

Goods are delivered flat pack for home assembly.

Please note ALL deliveries to off-shore Islands will be sent uninsured and all liability is left with the buyer.

We put so much care into manufacturing our furniture, which makes us very confident that you will be pleased with your purchase.

We do not accept any returns.

If you wish to cancel your order and your order has been processed OR a delivery has been booked there will be a cancellation charge of up to £49.

If any goods are received with any parts missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage to the goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a later time.

Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.
